CEO’s Message: Ms Bhagya Rangachar
The year 2018 gave us the confidence to weather the challenges of scale. We grew the number of schools by 35% in 2018 and imparted 750 million hours of learning in STEM for 1 million children!
The data analytics from the dashboard from thousands of classrooms gave us an insight on some of the challenges with technology adoptions in some areas, while others had great aspirations to use the content in remedial classrooms, community spaces, evening classrooms, and beyond the proposed model!
It was indeed disruptive and we learnt from the new trends about how to grow the model with the appropriate array of products/tools.
2019 would be the year for us to deep dive into some of these insights, while the scale happens across the nation! There's a tremendous amount of data pouring in everyday, like never before, and we want this to drive us towards what kind of products should be developed and what we need to disengage from and how to serve better!
With this, our warmest wishes to all of you for the new year!
CSO’s Message: Mr Omar Wani
As we look towards the new year, I join the Trustees, CLT team and all the CLT ‘learning community’ in wishing you the best for 2019.
This week we are planning our extension to the north-eastern state of Manipur through the first 15 schools.
In February 2019, CLT, in alliance with the Tegla Loroupe Foundation, will launch the AFREP (Africa e-Patashale) Program in Kenya. We are evaluating to reach Bangladesh and Sri Lanka as well.
CLT’s marketing partner SINTL Labs is well on its way to bringing on board the first 12 franchises that will promote its work in the private space for a steady revenue so the Trust can support its capacity building and ambitious ideas.
I thank all our partners for their support and we will continue to report our progress through this medium.
Here's to a great 2019!
